with a successful Branding Strategy
In 1999 the concept of this chain of pharmacies is reformed with the creation of the “SAAS Pharmacy Franchise” which invites particular pharmacies and investors to create the first large chain of pharmacies of shareholders in the country, and in 2009, the process of evolution towards Freestanding Formats began.
During this process of evolution, we supported the unification of the brand, and in this manner we helped our clients to grow in a coherent and uniform manner with its program of franchises and freestanding formats.
- Design of brand and communication focused on creating an emotional connection with the clients, beginning with direct assistance on the part of the proprietors of each pharmacy.
A multidisciplinary team from Image & Retail Solutions traveled to the city of Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela, in order to visit several branches of the pharmacy chain with the aim of interviewing the managers and carrying out surveys with clients; and hence draft a diagnostics of the strengths, weaknesses and potentials of the brand.
The brand was redesigned as well as the applications of the exterior sign and the internal elements of the pharmacies, paying special attention to the diversity of venues that could exist when turning to the franchise scheme, as well as to the freestanding format, as a prototype. All the graphic development was documented in the Corporate Identity Manual.
