Zoom International Courier presented the need of standardizing the image of its stores nationally towards the Multiservice concept.
We presented an integral Branding process, from the redesign of the logo/emblem and brand architecture, to standardizing its products and services, as well as the different applications in its business units.
In order to develop the Multiservice ZOOM stores it was required to renovate the commercial layout and adopt new retail strategies for the presentation of services at the sales points.
We redesigned the brand to make it more competitive in accordance with the design and orientation of the market in the new stores.
A portfolio of ZOOM services was organized, implementing strategies of Brand Architecture, where the main brand is ZOOM, followed by its respective basic services.

Multiservice ZOOM stores constitute the most important points for consolidating the positioning of “a thousand motives, a single place”.
We upgraded, reinforced and consolidated the image of ZOOM stores where the client has a variety of services, which complement its recognized leadership in the delivery of remittances and postal deliveries.
The Architecture and Merchandising Manual was delivered, as well as the Brand Manual.
In synergy with the advertising agency ZEA BBDO, responsible for ZOOM communications, we were able to determine and unify brand guidelines that have been applied in the advertising companies of its three basic services: ZOOM, Western Union and Pago Facil.
